PAYMENT

Whole Family Chiropractic is excited to treat your whole family. With that in mind, we do NOT participate with private insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. The cost of treatment will be disclosed and discussed with the patient prior to services rendered. Payment is expected at time of encounter and a superbill receipt will be provided upon request that can be then submitted to your insurance plan for out of network benefits. There is no guarantee for insurance reimbursement.
